做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
