做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
