做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
