做法:春笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
