做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
