做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
