做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
