做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入(rù )少量(liàng )清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
