做法:春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
