做法:春笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
