做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
