做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
