做(zuò )法(fǎ ):春笋切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
