做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼(yú ),洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块(kuài )在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油(yóu )六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他(tā )材料,武火煮沸(fèi ),转中(zhōng )小火煲一个(gè )半小时,下盐调(diào )味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
