做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
