做(zuò )法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
