做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
