做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
