做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
