做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的(de )时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
