做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
