做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
