做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼(yú ),洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫(jì )鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调(diào )味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
