做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
