做法(fǎ ):春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
