做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
