做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
