做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
