做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
