做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
