做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快(kuài )熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
