做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
