做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
