做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
