做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用(yòng )清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
