做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
