做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
