做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
