做(zuò )法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
