做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
