做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
